The Listasafn Islands (National Gallery of Iceland) and the Frikirkjan i Reykjavik on the Frikirkjuvegur on the shore of Tjornin Lake at Reykjavik, Iceland. The church was completed in 1903 and is a Lutheran Free Church. The buildings are reflected in the still waters of the Tjornin Lake. The photographer is looking north-east across the lake showing a traditional design of residence on the right and a modern residential block on the left. An ornate building is on the extreme left at the end of the Laekjargata.
