A corner of the harbour at Reykjavik, Iceland. Three motor lifeboats from a British flagged passenger cruise ship are alongside the landing slipway and a large number of passengers are on the slip. Two cargo ships are alongside the wharf. The nearest one is the Icelandic passenger/cargo coaster Dettifoss (1930) and the other is owned by Det Bergenske Dampskibsselskab. A steam trawler is in the right background with the breakwater beyond her.
