A port broadside view of the Orient Line cruise ship Orion (1935) at anchor off Abbazia, Italy, on the northern Adriatic coast. The ship has her starboard anchor deployed, an accommodation ladder is rigged to shell doors below the main deck aft and ship's boats are alongside it. The Blue Peter flag is flying at the port yardarm on the foremast. No. 2 seaboat is swung out and suspended at boat deck level. The photographer is ashore looking over a small boat harbour and breakwater.
