A slightly distant port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the Cunard Line passenger cruise ship Samaria (1921) at anchor off Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, West Indies. The photographer is on shore with a palm tree and donkey in the right foreground. A sloop and a few other small boats are at anchor just offshore. Anchored astern of the Samaria (1921) is the Canadian National Steamships passenger/cargo liner Lady Hawkins (1928) but she is badly obscured by the trunk of the palm tree. A vertical format negative.
