A general view of the harbour and environs at Saltsjobaden, Sweden. The photographer is on high ground looking east-north-east showing the Sjobaden Sanatorium and Spa in the left foreground. This building was opened in 1903. The three toweres of the Grand Hotel can be seen above the trees beyond the Spa. A large number of yachts and leisure vessels of various types are in the harbour and at the water's edge on the islet are the outdoor baths with a large hotel behind it.
