A starboard side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orion (1935) at anchor in Norwegian waters. Her starboard anchor is deployed and her port anchor has been lowered to just above sea level. An accommodation ladder is rigged to her main deck aft and one of the ship's motor lifeboats is alongside it. The Blue Peter flag is flying from the port yardarm and the Norwegian flag is at the starboard yardarm on the foremast. Lifeboat 17 has been launched and seaboat number 1 has been swung out and lowered to boat deck level.
