A quayside stern view of the cargo sailing schooner De Tukker (1912), moored on the River Tyne, during the Cutty Sark Tall Ships Race in July 1993. The ship's wheel and binnacle are visible near the middle of the photograph. Two men are sitting on a bench at the stern of the ship and a group of five people can been seen standing near the rail on the starboard side. One man is standing next to the binnacle. The furled sails on the mizzen mast care along the top of the image. Two orange life preservers are fastened to the stern of the ship. A dutch ensign is also partially visible fitted to a stern post on the ship.
