A very distant starboard quarter view, taken from fine off the stern, of the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Viceroy of India (1929) in the anchorage off Thira, Santorini Island, Greece. The ship has a large awning rigged over her aft promenade deck is letting off steam from her after funnel. The photographer is in the town at the top of the cliffs looking south-west-by-west showing the island of Nea Kameni in the background.
