A large hulk and a small steam tug in port at Victoria on the island of Mahe in the Seychelles. The hulk is a former iron or steel hulled, 3-masted sailing ship. She is still has her bowsprit, lower masts and standing rigging but all sails, yards and running rigging have been removed. She is seen from off her port bow anchored and moored just offshore from a store building on a wharf. The steam tug is wooden hulled and is seen from off her starboard beam. She has mooring lines out astern and has a stone quay and sheds behind her. A heavily wooded mountain is in the background.
