The harbour at Soller, Mallorca, Spain
A general view of the harbour at Soller, Mallorca, Spain. The photographer is looking west-by-south showing a number of open boats just offshore, at the water's edge and drawn up on the foreshore. Some of the boats are identifiable by name or registration including F27L3S, F25L3S, Colondrina, Ventura, Ulises, Mallorca and Mecxico. A line of railway trucks are on the quayside on the right and many properties have fishing nets hung out to dry in front of them. The bell tower of the Oratorio de Santa Caterina de Alexandria can just be seen above the trees on the hilltop in the centre.
