A quayside port quarter view of an unidentified Dutch yacht with the Dutch auxilary schooner Tinesi outboard, moored and one sailing vessel on the River Tyne during the Cutty Sark Tall Ships Race in July 1993. Four people, including a man and woman in yellow jumpers, are sitting towards the aft end of Tinsei on the starboard side. A Dutch ensign has been attached to the topping lift on the mizzen. On the Tinesi's starboard side is a small Police boat that is underway up the River Tyne. The Police vessel has nine people on board, including two officers wearing life jackets. A red ensign is visible attached to the stern of the boat. An array of moored vessels can be seen in the background on the left hand side of the image.
