Across the water is a low stone sea wall and a promenade with seats along it. A flight of steps leads up to a four storey building which has square towers at each end with domed roofs topped with cupolas. Projecting forward in the centre of the front elevation are two hexagonal towers with domes and cupolas on either side of a large arched and glazed entrance uder a pitched roof with a decorative gable end.
