The Sun Singer statue in Stromparterren Park and the Norrmalm district waterfront at Stockholm, Sweden.
Carl Milles' bronze statue of the Sun Singer in Stromparterren Park, Gamla Stan district, Stockholm, Sweden. This statue depicts Apollo, the Greek god of the sun, poetry and music, naked except for his helmet, overlooking the Norrström water with passenger ferries, including the Express II (1909) lining the Sodra Blasieholskajen on the Norrmalm district waterfront. People are sitting at tables in the garden and a man is working on one of the flower beds. The Grand Hôtel is in the left background and the National Museum is on the right.
