On board the Cunard Line cruise ship Franconia (1923) in the Saltsjon, bound out from Stockholm, Sweden. The photographer is looking forward from the port side of the promenade deck aft showing one of her motor tenders suspended in the falls from the Columbus davits. One of her clinker built pulling lifeboats is on the end of the boat deck. The land on either side of the Saltsjon channel is heavily wooded. A vertical format negative.
