The island of Gamla Stan at Stockholm, Sweden. The photographer is looking north-west from an elevated position close to the shore in Sodermalm showing the cloverleaf road in the foreground. The fish harbour in the Soderstrom has a few motor fishing vessels alongside the wharf. The Kornhamnborg Square faces the harbour and the buildings in the square include the Kafe Tre Kronor, Goteborgs Bank , Almgrens A/B and C.A. Aberg & Co. Sormlandsbanken. On the right is the German Church and to the left of it is the Storkyrkan clock tower with the clock showing 12.55. To the left of centre is the spire of the Santa Klara Church.
