The Strait of Magellan from on board the Swedish cruise ship Gripsholm (1925) during one of her annual cruises to South American waters. The photographer is on the starboard side of the bridge wing looking aft and to starboard showing the starboard lifeboats in their davits. The land in the left background is barely visible through the mist and the horizon is not quite level.
