On board the Swedish cruise ship Kungsholm (1928) at anchor in Holandsfjord in the Svartisen Glacier region of Norway. The photographer is looking forward from outboard of the boat deck on the starboard side showing number 9 boat under her davits and number 7 motor lifeboat has two crew in it and is suspended from its falls. An arm of the Svartisen Glacier in a valley between the mountains is in the centre of the picture.
