On board the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Viceroy of India (1929) at anchor in the Holandsfjord in the Svartisen Glacier region of Norway. The photographer is on the bottom of the starboard midships accommodation ladder looking aft showing one of the ship's motor tenders appraoching. The aft pair of boat davits is swung out and the falls are almost touching the surface of the water. Mountains and low cloud are in the background. A vertical format negative.
