At the foot of Alfred Street is The Imperial public house which is advertising Richmond Beer on tap here. The entrance arch to the Luna Park is on the right and the park opened in October 1935. The Cunard White Star Line cruise ship Franconia (1923) is alongside Circular Quay in the background under the bridge.
