Shell oil storage tanks are on the left and a lighthouse is on the end of the north breakwater. A number of ships are anchored out in the bay including an unidentified passenger/cargo ship, the Donaldson Line cruise ship Letitia (1925) which is dressed overall, the Italian Navy scout cruiser Quarto (1911) which has awnings rigged aft, two tankers and an unidentified French Navy destroyer.
