A motor tender from the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company's cruise ship Viceroy of India (1929) under way in the harbour at Tangier, Morocco. Seen from off her port quarter, the boat is heading towards the landing stage on which is the Bureau of Tourism building. The North Wharf is on the right and in the background is the Continental Hotel.
