The south-west corner of the harbour at Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tenerife Island, Canary Islands. Four small boats are at moorings and one is marked 'P', one is F.872 and one is 524. A number of rowing boats are drawn up on the foreshore. The buildings on the waterfront include the Gran Cafe Cervantes and one with the substantial legend "1862 Geo. Monro, Ltd., Vendedoras de Frutas, Londres, Manchester, Paris, Francis Nicholls Ltd - Birmingham" on it. The bell and clock tower of the San Francisco de Asis church is on the right.
