The beach to the north of the River Trave at Travemunde, Germany.
The beach to the north of the River Trave at Travemunde, Germany. The photographer is looking north-by-east along the beach showing a line of large wicker basket seats at the top of the beach with many more scattered about the sands. Many of the seats on the beach appear to be protected by a sand bund. These seats are all numbered with a K.V. prefix. A few people are walking on a long jetty stretching out into the Baltic Sea. The negative is very slightly out of focus.
