Visitors from the Swedish cruise ship Gripsholm (1925) disembarking from a tender onto the quayside at Port of Spain, Trinidad. They are being assisted by two of the ship's officers. A notice on the quayside advises them that the ship will sail at 4 p.m. sharp. Local trading craft are berthed on both sides of the quay and a T. & J. Harrison steamship is alongside the main cargo wharf. Single storey warehouses and the harbour searchlight tower are in the background. A vertical format negative.
