The waterfront at Tromso, Norway
The waterfront at Tromso, Norway. The photographer is on a boat in the Sund looking at the three and four storey storehouses at the water's edge. They are of wooden construction and one in the centre has 'Kull og Salt' on it. The building on the right has 'Salt' on the side of it. The clock tower and steeple of the wood built Tromso Cathedral (Domkirke), consecrated in 1861, is to the left of centre.
