The settlement at Vadheim, Norway. The photographer is looking west from on board a cruise ship in Vadheimsfjorden showing a cluster of buildings at the foot of the Tjornadal to the south west of the main village. A track zigzags up the side of the mountain and a water pipeline runs down from the summit to the buildings.
