She is dressed overall and is one of Montcalm (1921), Montrose (1922) or Montclare (1922). Various small craft are in the foreground and in the left background is a clipper bowed, 3-masted, coal hulk with the name Dekade painted on the hull amidships and the letter A painted on the bow.
