The Orient Line cruise ship Orford (1928) anchored off Vigo, Spain.

A very distant port quarter view, taken from fine off the stern, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orford (1928) anchored off Vigo, Spain. The photographer is on a shore excursion and is looking north-east over the city rooftops from an elevated vantage point. Above the roof of a building on the left is a semi-circular sign reading "Simlon Garcia". The commercial docks in the eastern part of the city are almost devoid of cargo ships.
