The north harbour and the Quai de l'Amiral Courbet at Villefranche-Sur-Mer, France. The photographer is looking north from the south side of the harbour showing a number of Nice registered boats in the harbour and two of them are filled with water. Some of the boats are numbered, including 400, 235, 305, 151 and 135. The Quai de l'Amiral Courbet is on the left and two men are working on fishing nets on the quayside. The Welcome Hotel, Bar and Restaurant is on the left with the Tout Va Bien Hotel and Bar and the Capitole Biere Rubens next to it.
