Two Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company lifeboats under way in Visby harbour, Sweden. One of the boats is motor tender number 2 and she is tied abreast of a standard lifeboat as they approach a landing place laden with passengers heading for a shore excursion. They are seen from ahead of the bow and the identification of their parent ship is not known. A 2-masted auxiliary schooner and a 3-masted auxiliary schooner are alongside the wharves in the background.
