A large floating dock under construction with a floating crane on the far side of it off Ostrow Island in the delta of the Vistula River at Danzig. This is part of the shipbuilding yard of Schichau-Werke and only one end of the dock is in the picture. An idea of the size of the floating dock can be gained by noting the workmen standing on top of the dock wall.
