She has accommodation ladders rigged to a shell door and to her main deck aft and boats are alongside them. A waterboat is alongside amidships and small boats are ahead of it. The Blue Peter flag is flying from the starboard yardarm on the foremast. Fort St. Angelo is in the left background and Valletta is on the right. The negative is slightly out of focus.
