A distant port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929) at anchor in Vigo Bay, Spain. Her starboard anchor is deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged aft. Her foremast derrick is swung out to port. A rowing boat and a single masted dinghy are at anchor in the foreground and one of the ship's motor tenders is heading for the shore. The negative is under-exposed and is not in focus.
