A slightly distant port bow view of the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929) anchored and moored in the Saltsjon at Stockholm, Sweden. She has both anchors deployed and an accommodation ladder is rigged aft with one of her boats pulling away from it. Lifeboat number 18 has been launched and a rubbish lighter is alongside amidships. Moored in the left background and seen from off her starboard beam is the Swedish Navy hulk Vanadis (1862). She is a former steam frigate that was hulked in 1894 and broken up between 1939 and 1945.
