A distant starboard bow view, taken from wide off the bow, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orford (1928) at anchor in Isfjord off Aandalsnes, Norway Her port anchor is deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged aft with a boat moving away from it. Lifeboat 19 has been launched. The wooden hulled motor fishing vessel Erna (fl. 1930), seen from abaft her port beam, is at anchor in the foreground. Her port registration is R-61-R and her mast and boom are draped with fishing nets hung up to dry. Three open rowing boats are tied up astern of the Erna. Very low cloud is obscuring the background.
