A slightly distant starboard bow view of the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929) at anchor in an unknown location. Her port anchor is deployed, she has an accommodation ladder rigged to a shell door aft and she is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm of her foremast. Three of her boats are in the water and two of her starboard boats have been swung out and lowered to boat deck level.
