The Royal Navy heavy cruiser Doresetshire (1929) and the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929) at anchor and moored in the Saltsjon at Stockholm, Sweden.
A slightly distant starboard bow view of the Royal Navy heavy cruiser Dorsetshire (1929) at anchor and moored in the Saltsjon at Stockholm, Sweden. She has both anchors deployed and is moored to a buoy astern. On the right and seen from ahead of her starboard beam is the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929), also with both anchors deployed and moored to a buoy astern. She has an accommodation ladder rigged aft and her seaboat is swung out and lowered to boat deck level. The photographer is in a boat looking south-by-east with the Katarina-Sofia district in Sodermalm in the background.
