Her port anchor is deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged aft. Lifeboat number 18 has been launched. She is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm on her foremast and the signal flag N from her bridge signal halyard. The flag at the top of her foremast cannot be determined. The horizon is not level.
