A starboard view of the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929) at anchor in Isfjord off Aandalsnes, Norway. Her starboard anchor is deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged aft. Lifeboat 17 has been launched and one of her boats is heading for the shore. She is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm and the Norwegian flag from the top of the foremast. She is emitting a column of smoke from her after funnel. The negative is captioned "A Naes" which is how some cruise operators described Aandalsnes.
