A slightly distant port quarter view of the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929) alongside the Italia Line terminal on the Muelle de Barcelona at Barcelona, Spain.
A slightly distant port quarter view, taken from wide off the stern, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929) alongside the Italia Line terminal on the Muelle de Barcelona at Barcelona, Spain. The photographer is looking south-west-by-west from the terminal tower of the Transbordador Aeri del Port and one of the other towers is on the right. The ship has her port anchor deployed and two local service craft are alongside. Three ships with awnings rigged are laid up in the left foreground and a sheerlegs is on the quayside. A number of cargo ships are in port in the background including a Doxford turret deck vessel. The castle on the summit of Montjuic hill is in the background.
