She has her starboard anchor deployed and an accommodation ladder is rigged aft with a boat alongside it. Motor lifeboat 17 has been launched. The national flag at the top of the foremast is not clear enough to recognize. The negative is dense. Negative number P84723 was taken on the same occasion.
