She has her port anchor deployed and an accommodation ladder is rigged to a shell door aft of amidships. The main deck accommodation ladder is rigged but is not fully lowered. A gaff is fitted to the ship's mainmast. The photographer is to seaward of the ship and the island of Capri is in the background.
