A slightly distant port side view, taken from well abaft the beam, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929) at anchor off Dubrovnik, Yugoslavia.
A slightly distant port side view, taken from well abaft the beam, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929) at anchor off Dubrovnik, Yugoslavia. She has her starboard anchor deployed and accommodation ladders are rigged to the main deck aft and to shell doors aft of midships. Boats are alongside both ladders, another boat is close to the stern and one is heading for the harbour. The photographer is looking south-east-by-east across the harbour from the shore showing the stone Kase breakwater in the centre and the Porporela (south) breakwater on the right.
