A starboard bow view of the Orient Line cruise ship Otranto (1925) at anchor in a Norwegian fjord. Her port anchor has been deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged to her main deck aft. Lifeboat 1 has been swung out, seaboat 3 has been swung out and lowered to boat deck level and lifeboat 15 has been launched. A manual lifeboat with a tarpaulin draped over the starboard gunwhale is on the right being rowed by three crewmen.
