A port side view of an Orient Line motor lifeboat No. 1 under way in an unknown location.
A port side view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of an Orient Line motor lifeboat No. 1 under way in an unknown location. The boat is carrying seven crew members and two female passengers and is from an Orient Line cruise ship which is said to be the Otranto (1925) but this cannot be confirmed. In the background single and 2-storey buildings are spread out between fields along the coast which rises up to low hills topped with trees.
