A starboard bow view, taken from wide off the bow, of the Orient Line cruise ship Otranto (1925) at anchor in an unknown location. Her starboard anchor is deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged to her main deck aft. A manual boat is at the boat boom. Lifeboat 15 has been l;aunched and seaboat 3 has been swung out and lowered to boat deck level. The Blue Peter is flying from the top of the foremast. The negative is slightly out of focus.
