She has her starboard anchor deployed and her port anchor is suspended just above the water. An accommodation ladder is rigged to a shell door amidships and local boats are near it. Lifeboats 2 and 16 have been launched. The bow of a boat on the extreme right of the negative has the name St. Vincent on it.
