A distant port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the Cunard Line cruise ship Samaria (1921) anchored off Kingstown, St. Vincent and Grenadines. She has her starboard anchor deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged to a shell door amidships with a boat alongside it. The photographer is looking out to sea from the shore and a large tree is on the right with a family of four people standing by its trunk and two rowing boats are drawn up on shore. Two single masted sailing craft are at anchor and the stern of a local passenger vessel is on the left. A vertical format negative.
