A port quarter view of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Strathallan (1938) berthed alongside the Langeliniekaj at Copenhagen, Denmark. She is berthed starboard side to the quay and a fuel or water lighter is alongside a shell door amidships. She is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm on her foremast. Berthed ahead of her are the Canadian Pacific stamships cruise ship Montcalm (1921) which is dressed overall and the Orient Line cruise ship Orion (1935). Petroleum storage tanks are on the right at the back of the quay. The negative has been affected by splashes of a chemical that has silvered the emulsion.
