A port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Stratheden (1937) at anchor in Moldefjord, off Molde, Norway. She has her port anchor deployed and two accommodation ladders are rigged amidships and aft. Motor lifeboats 6 and 16 have been launched. She is flying the Blue Peter from her starboard yardarm and the Norwegian flag from her foremast head. There are patches of snow on the mountains in the background.
